I reported this VB bug twice!! Ted's answer will not help you because VBA in 2016 bears little resemblance to VBA in 2011. It appears that something went wrong during the update, unless you manually moved components around within the installation of Microsoft Office.

I actually followed the description seen here on reddit to go back to 15.19 and will stay far away from 15.20: I figured I'd wait to see whether MS updates after the weekend, but no luck, so I also left the Insider program. Anyway, in the meantime I saw other users reporting the same issue (on separate machines) so it definitely wasn't an out-of-place component.
