Apple does not develop Quickbooks but they did make Sierra available to developers months ago. Quickbooks had ample time to either update their software, repair it or ignore responsibility. So I downloaded the Sierra update, installed it, and right before it was finished, it came up and said that QuickBooks 2013 was placed in an 'incompatible' folder.
