Hi sorry if this is in wrong section,ive got a version 1.1.2 uk phone unlocked on a payg simcard, over the last week when ive recieved calls the signal drops down to nothing and it says no service, so i leave phone and it normally starts working again( gets signal) but for last 2 days its not worked and said no service,every thing else works fine,, ive tried turnng it on and off,forced shutdowns etc is this a software fault if so how do i fix, or is the phone broken????

I can play video’s but no music the play button just freezes.
